DYNAMIC INSOLES DIGI

Orthopedic insoles are manufactured based on digital scanning of pressure values on the sole of foot. The system provides visualization and analysis of pressures on the sole of the foot, in particular in the area of excessive load or pathological changes using static and dynamic methods. The tests are performed on a long walking platform (3,200 mm, active part 1,200 mm, 4,800 sensors) enabling physiological gait free of stress when focusing attention on the short walking platform. The pressure image for the construction of the basic shape and profile of the inset is generated from three consecutive treads. This enables the collection of baseline (input) data with a high precision. The orthopedic insole can be further corrected as prescribed by the physician and according to the condition of the soles of the foot. Final data is transferred into the control computer of the numerically controlled cutter, in which the insole undergoes high-precision processing based on the combination of orthopedic-prosthetic materials of appropriate strength and covered with the insole.

A two-layer sandwich. The basic part of the insert is made of the material Eva – Pedilin with the strength of 30 ShA, while the correction part is made of the material Alveo with the strength of 35 ShA. The insert is capable of absorbing shocks with the corresponding strength of the correction elements (longitudinal arch, MTT cushion). Suitable for standard, day-long wearing.

A two-layer sandwich. The basic part of this digiMED insert is made of the material Alveo with the strength of 35 ShA, while the correction elements are made of the material Poreten with the strength of 15 ShA. It is suitable for sensitive feet and wearing in street footwear without significant stress.

A two-layer sandwich. The basic part is made of artificial cork (Korkfant) with the strength of 55 ShA, while the correction elements are made of Poreten, with the strength of 15 ShA. This insert is suitable for patients with longitudinal and transversal flat foot and for those who are wearing the insert for the first time. The lower layer ensures strong support.

A single layer sandwich comprised of the material Orthofoam with the strength of 45 ShA. The insert has a monolite design, or it can be covered by a soft covering insole. Suitable for active movement and higher body weight of the user.

A two-layer sandwich. The basic part is made of the material Alveo with the strength of 35 ShA, while the correction elements are made of Orthofoam with the strength of 45 ShA. It is suitable for a foot with a permanent load, wherein shock absorption on the sole of the foot is required. The corrections ensure high-quality support of foot arches.
